@Kiera i am self employed but i can make 2k one month and 100 one month would I still be entitled? X
If you claim rent on UC you can earn £470ish before they take any money off you, they take 55p in every £1 I believe. You will also get help with childcare costs. If on a good month you get 2k, you would get no or very little UC, on the months you get £100 you will get full UC. Xx You aren’t expected to work until baby is 3 x

If you leave, you would get help with UC. Likely rent paid, plus £500ish for you and baby, council tax reduction(not 100% on this), discounted internet etc x
