This just happened to me too!! And I found it odd bc I had just did my appt over the phone last week. But I called yesterday and they said the nutritionist would get back to me and she called today and said it was her error and she reloaded it today!
I went in for an appt last month and their system was down so the lady went over my info and told me I was good to go and she’d reload my benefits and I’d just have to come back for an appt the following month. I called that same week and they set up my appt for Oct 24th, I wish they would have set the appt before the 6th if they weren’t going to reload them until the appt. I’ll be calling on Monday for sure!
I’m in the same boat , I usually have an appt Oct 4-5 for my to reload. My appt isn’t until Oct 21. I didn’t even miss an appt. I’m going to call Monday to see if they can give me my benefits

Same thing happened to me our appt was cancelled due to the hurricane so I’ll give them a call thanks
You have to call, they will usually reload the same day. That just means you missed an appointment you have to reschedule it on the phone.
