Can someone tell me whether around 12 months there’s a fussy phase with food😂🤦🏻‍♀️my boy who loved absolutely everything now doesn’t want to eat anything, he just throws it on the floor, may eat a tiny bit but then that’s it, I’m more worried he’s not getting what he needs 🥲

Yeah all toddlers go through fussy eating phases. It feels like they exist on air and sunshine alone 🤣. It's really them exerting their independence in one of the only ways they can control

Yeah it’s a thing 😂 at this age they don’t need to consume as many calories as there are less growth spurts.

Ah, the notorious food fussiness phase around 12 months! It's quite common for little ones to go through this stage. They can be picky eaters and love testing boundaries. As long as he's still getting a variety of nutrients throughout the day, he should be okay. Maybe try offering different foods in small portions and see what he prefers. Hang in there, mama! It's just a phase.
