The what mummy makes book is really good
Follow the solid starts app of how to cut things. I would use the 6 month recommendations until she’s more used to it. With putting all the food in I would let her as she needs to learn that’s not how to do it x
So with spaghetti bolognaise as an example you can serve as is, just ensure any added veg eg carrots and onion are no bigger than half an inch. Pasta whichever you choose can be served as is because it’s soft. Chilli also can be served as is (ensuring added veg is appropriate size) and just serve the rice with it ☺️ If you are doing say a beef stew, you’d shred the chunks of beef and again check the size of the veg if serving it chopped instead of finger length and width. Hope this helps a bit? There is a fab BLW educational group on Facebook called weaning the BLW way ☺️
