How to handle two babies - found out I’m pregnant

Mamas who’ve had babies with a toddler (mine will be 2y/o when new baby comes)- please tell me it’s not impossibly hard? I just found out I am pregnant and I am so petrified at the thought of looking after two at the same time 😣

It’s hard in the beginning but with time it gets better :) mine are 15 months apart

I’m in the same boat! Currently 8 week and am struggling looking after my 19 month old with the morning sickness (which is basically all day nausea and fatigue). Oh and gotta hold down a job 😂

I’m 31 weeks and have a 19mo, I’m most nervous about it being winter and trying to entertain a toddler as well as take care of the newborn while being unable to play in the garden comfortably or just pop out to the park without having to think about putting a million layers on us all 🫣 I’m guessing you’ll be due in the summer? Hopefully that makes it a little easier but honestly I’m just going to wing it and prioritise lots of 1:1 time with my toddler, as well as keeping his usual days in nursery as he loves it x

My oldest was 2 & 1/2 when my 2nd came. I wouldn't say it's easy, but it's easier than you imagine it might be! Mine adjusted really well to the change & is a lovely older brother. It was nice to be on mat leave when he was older actually. A bit like changing your life to fit around one baby, you'll just change & fit around 2. Accept all the help, don't worry about the state of the house & embrace chaos!! 😂 xx

It's hard at the start but once you can get some sort of "routine" I use the word loosely it does get easier. Mine have a 10 month age gap, the close age is nice because they will have a great bond x
