Cows milk

NHS website says the following but how much QTY is 2x servings of dairy? Like how many grams of cheddar and how many of grams of full fat yogurt? We’re transitioning to cows milk and I don’t want to overfeed dairy. What if baby has 100ml of cows milk then how much yogurt and dairy is it 250ml? Because baby might have some Greek yogurt and fruit for a snack. Or is cheese and yogurt measured differently 😫 Try to give your child at least 350ml (12oz) of milk a day, or 2 servings of foods made from milk, such as cheese, yoghurt or fromage frais. Full-fat cheese, yoghurt and fromage frais are recommended up to the age of 2.

Please try not to get obssessed over getting the precise amounts. You're doing fine as you are... Relax & just go with it.

I second that lol 😆

I third that x

We are only on 2x 5oz bottle a day of formula and will continue that amount of cows milk IF he wants it (as technically they don’t need to drink cows milk if they are having 2 portions of dairy a day) I will class 2 portions as a handful of cubed cheese at lunch time & then a yoghurt pot for pudding after dinner 🤷🏼‍♀️ BUT he eats waaaaay more than that so I don’t stick to it & have never followed the ‘rules’ as in my opinion it’s silly. You can’t get dairy poisoning & I don’t count my dairy intake lol. It’s what I did with my oldest child and she turned out perfectly fine.
