I make chicken casserole and blitz it down, curries with no heat spices, Mexican bean stew.. anything like that and then just blitz it? Even spag Bol and just blitz it all down..

If I don’t think what I’m eating is BLW appropriate, I would blitz or mash down to something that’s more purée like. If not, I use some of the pouches from Ella’s kitchen or Aldi

If you look at the Ella’s kitchen purées, you could use their mix and combination to make yours. Apple and bananas, pear peas and broccoli.
