Postpartum body 🫂

What’s the biggest change or most difficult change to your body you feel like you’ve dealt with postpartum? (Comment below) For me personally, it’d have to be my boobs after stopping nursing and my skin breaking out due to postpartum hormones fluctuating dramatically. (See comments for pictures) it was SO bad. I don’t think anyone knows ANYONE that broke out as bad as me! 😆

I had a pretty nasty tear so it took awhile to get my pelvic floor back. I'm doing better now and still improving but that panic of "is this the new normal??" and needing to be more mindful of where the bathrooms are suuuuucked

My c section scar. It still looks weird and created a little pouch on top that is slowly going down but not sure if it will completely. My belly button looks bigger and the shape of my torso is wider and flatter, when I used to have very nice waist. Not sure if any of this will get better but yeah. I don’t mind the stretch marks bc i was lucky and they were skin colour from the start, never got red weirdly.

My skin hasn't been the same either. Noticed more acne on and around my cheeks, where you've had it yourself Liyah just not quite as bad, where as I never used to or more so on my forehead. It goes up and down with time or any stressors, plus I'm still breastfeeding so I don't expect it to stop any time soon honestly 😞 but I have begun exfoliating every shower and I use Sukins facial cleanser once every couple of days and it's definitely been better since!

@Marina i feel exactly the same! 😩❤️

The hair loss and my boobs never recovering. The section scar vanished into nothing and I lost the weight but my hair and boobs have not got back to normal. Once I’ve had all my babies, I’m getting the ladies reduced and lifted back into their starting positions.

A hunch back from leaning over breastfeeding 🤣 it hurts to stand straight

@Liyah mine was almost this bad after my first child!!! Cystic acne all over my cheeks, chin & neck

@Sera Kay this was my first baby as well , it makes me scared to have another one those break outs were painful 😣 did you break out as bad after your second baby??

My boobs still feel really weird 5 months PP they’ve went back to their pre pregnancy size but somehow feel deflated 😐 Also still struggling to shift baby weight so just don’t feel comfortable in any of my clothes right now as if what I’m seeing in the mirror isn’t really me. I never anticipated how much your body image can take a hit post pregnancy x

Saggy boobs after I’ve breastfed for 6 months and a mum pouch 💀🥲

I'm hoping my hair gets a little bit thicker. I'm 6 months PP so I've just gone through the shed of pregnancy hair. My hair has always been fine and thin but I feel like I have less then half my hair left and it's still coming out in handfuls. I don't like my c section scar. It burn itches lot still. I'm keeping an eye on whether it keloid as I have one on my neck, but I don't like looking or touching it and mot importantly it's gotten in the way of intimacy because I don't like the altered sensation feeling. If it gets rubs a bit I jump and the moods ruined and I just don't want to be touched. I never thought I'd ever get a boob job but I've gone from loving my boobs to wishing they were gone. They're saggy and I just hate them

@Liyah my skin cleared up insanely amazing during my second pregnancy (I have red scarring still) and I’m 4 weeks PP been getting tiny whiteheads on my chin but that’s it. But I’ve also been over indulging in chocolate lmao

My new little blump of a belly haha
