How long before seeing results

I have been walking at least 3-4 days or more a week for at least a mile or more. I have also been eating smaller portions, trying to eat a little bit healthier and being more active with a little bit of workouts. How long if I keep this up will I start to see results? I’m trying really hard to lose weight in my stomach area and get rid of my back fat.

With consistent effort, you may start to see noticeable physical changes, like weight loss or body composition changes, within 4 to 8 weeks. Targeting specific areas like the stomach and back can be challenging since fat loss tends to happen uniformly throughout the body. Consistent cardio and strength training, along with a balanced diet, can help promote overall fat loss, which will eventually reduce fat in those areas. Consider tracking your progress through measurements (like waist and hip circumference) rather than just relying on the scale, as muscle gain can offset weight loss. Sustainable weight loss is typically about 1-2 pounds per week, which is a healthy and manageable goal. 😊
