Anyone else's baby struggle to eat chicken?

What sources of protein would you give at dinner? She generally finds mince beef easier but I only do that occasionally

Eggs, minced chicken and fish i would say are my go to other than beef mince for protein rich foods. I like to add lentils and beans to things like bolognaise sauce or casserole as well but need to be cautious of how much gas they will cause as it can be uncomfortable for LO.

Mine used to love chicken but the last week or so she's started chewing it and spitting it out. It's like she doesn't have the patience to chew it enough to swallow!

Quinoa is a complete protein without any of the suffering caused to sentient live beings! I mix it with hummus and lentils sometimes, it then becomes a protein bomb and my girl LOVES it, she shoves handfuls into her mouth.

I do pulled chicken as she finds that easier to eat, or eggs are a good protein source! Or tuna 🙂 x
