Hate being lonely
I have 2 sons, ages 3&4- they are my whole world& everything I do is for them. But I’m so lonely, especially when my boyfriend is at work most days.. I have only a few friends but not that ‘bestie’ everyone else has and It makes me so sad.. all the friends I did have I lost down to an ex and everyone else I have made friends with along the way it’s very one sided and I feel like that annoying friend or they are old enough to be my nan!😭🤣 why is it so hard making friends as an adult! I just want a girls girl who I can go out with and just be someone other than a mum💔

I'm in exactly the same boat. I keep telling myself it'll get better when little one starts reception cos then you get the "mum can ***** stay at our house" &your forced to speak to the parents&get close. I have a weird authority thing about having friends older than me as I feel like cos they're older/more experienced, I should listen to them like a little child lol. It can be a very lonely experience. I havent had a friend since high school, im 25 next month x
