@Abi I did try my LO on size 3 mam teats a good month ago and they were too fast. Tried again yesterday and today and she’s fine now…she’s just learnt to manage it better. Give it a try. Worst happens you can revert back. With the smaller size. I used to pull teat out of her mouth and let it inflate again.
@Charlotte deffo gunna give size 3s ago, I have to pull the teat back out or he’ll cry if I’m not quick enough 🤣 x
I was thinking the exact same thing, so happy you’ve mentioned this. My baby is in size 3 and the same things happening what can I do?
@Imaan X the next size up from mam 3 is called ‘x’. Maybe give that a go.
@Charlotte but it seems like she’s struggling with the flow of this as it is.. I’m super confused because she was fine with her previous teat I have only recently changed to this one and it seems like it’s coming out too fast
@Imaan X the 3’s to me are way faster than the 2’s and this is my second attempt at the 3’s. I tilt the bottle differently with the 3’s and sit her up more. If she was fine with the 2’s then maybe revert back. Not all babies need to go up.
Mine started doing this and I just went up a size and doesn’t seem to be happening. I put it down to sucking too hard and milk not flowing quick enough.
