Constant comments from MIL
Little rant!
My MIL constantly makes comments about our little boy looking exactly like my husband. I was fine with it at the start as naturally people will say something about which parent the baby looks like but my little boy is now 6 months old and this is happening almost every time I see my MIL or we send her photos. I feel she’s just doing it now to wind me up, I spoke to my husband about it now annoying me and he just brushes it off, but I know if the shoe was on the other foot and my mum kept doing this to him it would annoy him.
Btw I have no issue with our little one looking like his dad but I just think these comments constantly are now unnecessary- like am I going to have this when my sons in his 30s🫣😂

My MIL does this with my son to. She'll say "he looks exactly like his daddy i don't see any of you". I posted his 8 month picture on facebook the other day and the only thing she commented was how he looks exactly like my husband nothing bout how big he's getting no he's cute or adorable just he looks exactly like his dad. She also always talks about how she never my sees my son and she needs baby time but never checks in to see how he's doing and never stops by even when she's in town.
