Ok bc I didn’t qualify for WIC! When I brought up the amount of support. We are currently going through court! This month I didn’t get anything, :/
I believe wic has a higher limit than ebt, if it’s still in court, make sure they know that bc then it isn’t a set payment or date, you can still get help until it’s set and depending on what it is, may still get help after.
So the judge said he needs to pay the 1st and 15th. But so far it’s just verbal … so I can possible use my ebt I’m hoping ?

Sounds like you might not be able to recertify though
It’s my fault bc I didn’t cancel the card once I started to get the spousal and child support
But definetly don’t mind if I cannot re do it

@Tattiana you’re not supposed to cancel the card, you’re supposed to report income over a certain amount but if your money is inconsistent then use it!
What they’ll do is give you less benefits or none at all if it’s seen as ”enough “ which these days it’s never enough honestly
Call a social worker and talk to them. If it’s not consistent, it’s not consistent and they’ll probably recommend you getting it court ordered. You may still be eligible for a certain amount or they can tell you about resources in your areas
