I'm down! I have had my starter for 4 yrs. Got into it during the pandemic like so many others lol but have kept it going for 4 years. It's as old as my son

@Janae that is amazing!!! I need this kind of motivation 🤣 i also love having sourdough i get a little crazy and make too much. Than idk what to do with it 🤣 i don't always want to wait a full 24hrs for bread

@Des i haven't been making bread with it for a while but I do make tortillas pretty regularly. I have found some great ideas from @farmhouseonboone
