Anti reflux aptamil

Can I prep the same as regular formula? So hot shot? And same rules so can make it in advance, 2 hrs out the fridge, 24 in the fridge etc…?

I’m not on aptamil however am using Hipp and it’s advised to use as soon as it’s made as it could go too thick. I’ve noticed when washing the bottles the milk becomes gloopy and reheating can cause hot spots instead of warming the whole milk through so could appear cool enough but actually be boiling xx

I just don’t know how to know 30 minutes in advance of when he will want a bottle! Do you use a prep machine? What about when you’re out and about?! Or can you still do the hot shot just when needed and not do the in advance bit?

I always make my bottles in advance, so definitely don't worry about that! I always make 5 every night and pop them in the fridge, then reheat when needed

I wouldn't for reflux milk no, as it continues to thicken

Yes I use the hot shot method and still works really well! It gets some getting use to when you first start as baby will get upset they don’t get a bottle straight away but I find it actually cools quicker the hot shot way then it did before with regular milk xx
