Have you tried virginal ring :,, The vaginal ring releases 15 mcg of ethinyl estradiol and 120 mcg of etonogestrel daily for 21 days. This is lower than the dose of estrogen released by the contraceptive pill or patch, resulting in fewer side effects due to estrogen.’’ It’s very convenient!

Never heard of that I had the coil and got pregnant on it

The pill makes me act mad

Natural cycles- it tracks your bbt. I used it for about a year before ttc and plan to again now

I’ve used Natural cycles since 2017. Used it to prevent and plan pregnancy. I highly rate it

I’m on norethindrone (pill) now and I hate it. I’m tempted to do another copper IUD but I had one when I got pregnant sooo…. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Implant?

The natural.cycle I take it you have yo use a condom when you do have s**

I hear other than copper coil everything had hormones Is it just me or do hormonal things make you put on weight ?

The patch! I haven’t gone on it yet cause my son is still weaning off breast feeding but it’s at the top of my list

@Sabrina it tells you your fertile and unfertile days , I’ve been off for nearly a year. Don’t use condoms

I use NFP and natural cycles. No condom. Haven’t fallen preg in last 5yrs since my last was born and don’t intend to. He never cums inside and I don’t have sex on ovulation days. Works for us. I haven’t put on weight coz I’m not on any BC I’m back to my original pre preg weight. We have sex 2-3* a week.

I tried loads 😂 Coil - painful periods and fell out Pills - made me crazy and fat Implant - was great and stopped my period but I don’t want to put another one in for 3 years Patch (currently using) - so far so good. It’s easy. Painless. And so far not feeling too emotional and up and down hormonal like the pill.
