Has anyone ordered from Sports Direct recently? I made an order online two weeks ago and my items still hasn't been delivered. There is no contact number for their customer service and their live chat is useless. Any one got a number I can try? I just want my order 😭😭😭

I worked there. Absolutely rubbish. Now I’ve worked there wouldn’t order from there. They don’t do online returns in store or give no information unfortunately

I ordered something mid August and 6 weeks later it still hadn't arrived just got "warehouse is very busy with recent promotion when i spoke to them on their online chat" so I cancelled and got a refund

@Fran I wish I never ordered from them. It still hasn't come and I bought a few things. So I can't just leave it cos I spent money. They where having a 'deal'.

@Jodie how do you cancel the order. The thing is mine was meant to be with the delivery guys but they said they are still waiting for the order. Why have promotion when they can't deal with the demand. 😭

I found their online chat thing and just gave them my order number. Mine hadn't even been processed in that time
