How soon does depo wear off

So I've just come off depo injection because of the whole lawsuit In America thing 😬 we were planning on TTC so it seems like the perfect timing I only had two shots total so was only on it 6 months I had a really long period out of no where 2 weeks ago that lasted 16 days! I was wondering if because I was on it for so little time I'll get my periods back faster and be able to start tracking my cycles? Has anyone else come off it and got pregnant fast?

I have stopped the depo. I was meant to get another in August but decided not to it's only been 3 months, no sign of a period or pregnancy

@Julie I've seen people say they got pregnant a month after stopping or a year after so I think it depends how long you've taken it I think some people are on it years but should leave the system if it's only been a few months? Soo confused I'm taking parsley tea and vitex to bring back my period so hopefully I restore my cycle next month

I had my last one in September 2023 and im now 9 weeks pregnant. My periods took about 6 of those months to become somewhat regular. I've heard it can take 18 month

About 2/2.5years

I had 2 depo shots after having my son as I didn’t want to fall pregnant again straight away. The last one expired in jan 2023. Periods didn’t returns until sept 2023 and finally fell pregnant July 2024. I wouldn’t touch that stuff ever again absolutely messes with your body in so many ways 😔
