Does anyone else’s nuby rapid cool not cool the water enough? I did 30ml hot shot and then 60ml in the nuby yet the bottle is still too hot too give my little one😬

I don’t really understand how it works with the hot shot anyway because the rapid cool is designed to cool it to 37 so you are adding warm water to hot water which then is surely always going to be too hot for baby 🤔
I store mine in the fridge after washing and sterilising. You bed to give them 3 hours from last use, hot rinse etc for them to cool effectively. I Milton mine, then rinse with boiled water so it takes a while for them to be ready to cool again. Honestly, I’ve just started carrying one for an emergency. I now carry a bottle of cool boiled water and her flask of boiling water. I do the hotshot and then just add cool sterile water and it’s good to go x

The nubys are designed for the whole feed to go in so it’s could be when you mix the cooled water with hot water it’s making the feed too hot? You could test it out by putting the 90ml formula in and seeing if it still makes it too hot 😊
