How to understand hunger cues? 8 week old discovered hands and is constantly sucking on them. How do I know if my baby is hungry again or not?

@Sophia breast and bottle!:) my lo doesnt root at all 😩 even if she is hungry thats why i am so confused and stick to the time or her crying

Rooting for a ripple or the bottle. Just because a baby brings hand to mouth doesn't always mean hungry! It's good development for them to start exploring their mouth are you breastfeeding or formula feeding??
