Bleeding In early pregnancy

I started bleeding a few days ago, I went for a scan and they said that it’s an extremely early pregnancy so no sign of heartbeat, but they never said anything about the bleeding or why I could be bleeding so I’m just assuming it’s a miscarriage, I go back next week to check if the pregnancy is progressing or not, I’m so nervous though. I had a miscarriage last year and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through I can’t do it again 😢

Not saying it’s the same but I had bleeding throughout my 2 pregnancy’s , it was subchrionic haemorrhage, If the blood isn’t filling pads and no cramping with clots . It’s ok . But clots and heavy bright red bleeding with cramping isn’t .

Have they checked your HCG to ensure it is still rising? This pregnancy I had bright red bleeding at 8w5d but baby is fine. I have a hematoma also

@Khloe they didn’t say anything like that In the scan but I can bring it up next week see if they think it’s that, thank you for answering me😊

@Kayla they didn’t do my bloods this time I’m not sure why but I can ask next time, I’ve been doing tests pretty much daily and they have all stayed the same none seem darker or lighter than the rest so I’m not sure what’s going on

@Rosie how many weeks are you ? , as it can be implantation bleeding , some people just have spotting and some have some more than that . Did they do a blood test over 48 hours ? X

@Khloe I’m not sure how many weeks I am as I have irregular periods and the lady who scanned me didn’t say all she said was very early pregnancy, and they didn’t take my bloods while I was there just a urine sample to do a pregnancy test
