Toddler and eating!

Anyone experiencing the same or know how to help? My LB used to be a fab water, would have whatever we ate just modified e.g no salt/less spice. The last 2 weeks or so it seems a battle to get him to eat anything at meal times. We’ve cut out all snacks but it hasn’t seemed to help. Anyone’s little one the same or have any tips on how to get my LB to eat?

Commenting as I would like tips too! Going through a similar thing

Also going through this! But LO has been sick with awful cold/flu and when I caught it my appetite was shot as well. Trying not to make it a "battle" and being flexible about him having to stay at the dinner table with us but when we finish eating, there is no more food.

My LO is doing the exact same thing so hoping it is just a phase! Advice I have read is to stick to a routine in terms of meals and snacks. Always give them a ‘safe food’ you know they will eat with every meal. You can try re offering their meal at snack times but otherwise they choose what and how much they eat without making a big deal about it

I find this lady really helpful - https://www.instagram.com/kids.eat.in.color/profilecard/?igsh=aHB1d3d4MGJzZTQz

They all go through it. It is just a phase.

Has or is your little one poorly, or are they teething? My daughter has always been fussy with food, probably our fault for not introducing more foods when she was younger due to reflux, gag reflex, and her just refusing. It's such hard work, but my daughter finally likes chicken nuggets with some sort of potato (fries, etc). She asked for my rice a couple of days ago, pasta added to meat and veg sauce (blended). Just keep offering, and hopefully, she will start eating properly again x
