how was your period after pregnancy? i had a c section and gave birth in april, got my first period 9/3 and currently waiting to on my next but i heard periods can be odd after birth. i made an appt with my obgyn but just wanted to see if any other mommas had off periods

I had natural birth and I strictly formula fed I tried breast feeding a couple times but it didn't work out I almost got mastitis so I stopped and I got my period within the two month mark and it's actually been regular which it wasn't pre pregnancy!

i just got my period last month and nothing odd about my period, but this month, it was late by 4 days.

I had a suuuuuper light period (slightly more than spotting) Aug 31 and Sept 1. Nothing since 🤷🏻‍♀️ I also had a C-section in April and my baby is EBF (nursing and pumping).

Periods can certainly look different after birth. My period has been very abnormal for the past 2 months. At 4 months PP, I started having super short periods (1-2 days long), every 2 weeks! It’s common for it to take some time to adjust to its new normal. Whether long or short :)
