Hire me😉 I’m debating on staying home with my newborn and working. Is it manageable or am I getting myself in over my head

I’m a stay home mom too , not homeschool but drop off and pickup everyday + homework 😩 try to open a business too

Hire out the least important (or least expensive) stuff that is taking up your time. Most likely, that's your dishes, laundry, and meal prep. Perhaps there is some child care time, too. Put the time into your business. Even if you're mostly breaking even at first, you're still gaining experience in your field and developing your products and pricing which will help you gain momentum and ultimately allow you to charge more for your work. It's the scariest step (what if I can't afford to keep someone on a regular schedule? how do I make sure the taxes get paid correctly?) but if you have the discipline to use the time to stick to the business, it will propel you forward in a way other solutions can't. You can't do it all (nor should you have to!), so you need to spend your time doing the work that only you can do. Anyone can wipe my toilets. They cannot (properly) direct my children's education or add income to my household.
