Seeking advice

My 9 month old won't drink his formula anymore. He will go hours without a bottle I try to get him to take one and he'll either fight me or drink a little bit and be done. The only time he will drink a bottle is when he's really tired or in the middle of the night. I'm starting to get worried. Are anyone else's babies doing this?

Mine is, but with Breastmilk or pumped milk. I need to wrestle him to get him to drink , he drinks more at night than during the day. He is just super distracted, even if I take him to a darkish room he fights to drink. I’m super worried too, sorry don’t have much to help out but I hear you and I hope it gets better for both our LOs

My son does that in a week or two intervals when teething, the one to two weeks before they cut through. Also when he had a sore throat. Once the teeth came through he was back to eating the same. Hes done it every time for the 6 teeth he got (2 times, 3rd happening now with the 7th &8th) my pediatrician said as long as they're not losing weight and are hydrated enough then they will be okay. Always offer it when waking up, before a nap, and during meals when they're doing this. It helps my son at least hit 16-20oz during these episodes and he never lost weight. His bad days would be 12-13 but he would eat more the next day up to about 20oz.

Omg same thing here . My little girl is 8 months and a half old. She likes solids but she doesn’t like milk anymore. She will drink at night while sleeping with eyes closed. I am worried as well

@Imelda I have an appointment tomorrow to talk to his pediatrician and I'll edit the post telling you guys what she said

It might be teething. I’ve read that that happened for that

@Katelyn Eve thank you 🙏
