I was in the same dilemma with my sons. Dad wanted them in Adidas shoes but I felt the same as you. I compromised because I found discounted ones and felt ok with them getting damaged quickly because of the low cost I spent. If the price works for your budget, you’re ok with seeing them slowly degrade, and you’re motivated to fulfil her request I think it’s ok.
Not an expert, but first thought is if they are anatomically appropriate to support her,I think they are too flat and thin at the bottom
