How are we getting toddlers to eat veggies?

My daughter is 2 and the girl is literally TOO smart. I can’t sneak anything healthy into her food without her noticing. She’s been living off of oatmeal and chicken nuggets for a few months and I want her to be getting more nutrients

My 2yo has always loved veggies. First thing I started with when introducing solids, after cereal, was broccoli and green beans. Plus we eat a lot of veggies in our house so she sees us eating them

Broccoli is the easiest for my 2 yo to eat bc I’ve always put it on her plate and I’ve recently started covering it with cheese. She loves salad too bc i drench it in Caesar 😂

U can get some chicken nuggets with veggies in them

Boil vegetables with food coloring to change the color it makes vegetables more enjoyable and nice to look at

They have different powdered veggies on Amazon I mix it into different foods 😆

Tomato sauce is a good cover for other blended veggies and also banana covers all taste for smoothies

I blend them or I use like a veggie powder. But I also will put a side of veggies and fruit next to her food just to hide that I put actual veggies in the food just not veggies just like one piece.

Getting like fun shaped cutters can be helpful! Also making like smoothies but freezing them into icepops
