I don’t think there’s an age limit as long as they are eating other solids . We use them mainly to get vegetables in my sons diet since despite all attempts and variations we can’t get him to eat any in solid form
My LO is 1 and we often have to go back to soft foods when she is ill because the textures make her cough and often sick
My four year old will occasionally pinch a 'fruity pouch' from the cupboard that I have as back up snacks for my toddler. I don't think there's an age limit on those ones the odd snack - it's just a thicker smoothie. We mostly did BLW so didn't tend to use 'meal' pouches anyway but I wouldn't give those once baby is on real food as it's confusing.
My almost 3 year old still loves applesauce pouches and yogurt pouches. I don’t really consider those “baby food.” His eating skills are perfectly fine, they’re just easy! I probably wouldn’t send him to elementary school with them, I guess.

My nearly 4 year old still enjoys a fruit pouch every now and then
My 3 year old has stopped eating yogurt pots so I still give him the ones in pouches
My LO is 22 months and one of the snacks I put in his bag to have when we are out as a back up, he is starting to go off them though

I don’t see the need, I can make him a meal in 10/15 mins and it’s got more goodness in than a pouch. I can also freeze these for the days I cba I’m busy or I’m out 🤷🏻♀️ no hate to anyone using pouches btw this is my own opinion and I know I have the time to make them myself x
I’d eat one! There’s a time and a place for them at all ages. As long as they are used sparingly, as a snack here or there. I’d definitely give a 5 year old a yogurt pouch at a picnic or if we were travelling. As long as they are not the main source of food. I’d still give my 16 month old them but he won’t eat them anymore. I’ll probably try again here and there (travelling etc) so I’m definitely not against them as they are convenient x
