@Stephanie unfortunately not, none of my closest friends have children! Wonder if this is the issue
It happens to most of us, even from friends with kids. But I dont think its only them. Or at least in my case. Is me as well as I dont have much time for friends and they also gave some space. So all in one, its called being a mom. Once the kids are older, it will change. Nevertheless, whenever I needed them, they were there for me.
@Lucy id like to hope this is the case for me and my friends that either way I could still rely on them x
I've found the friends that don't have kids just don't get the lifestyle change
I find our schedule is very limited with my toddler, which definitely plays a part. And realistically, my friends that don't have/want children might not want to have my very divided, chaotic attention right now, I can't show up for them the way I used to and they probably don't know how to spend time with me. It's not easy and can be lonely, I just hope that we will show up for each other when it really matters, we've been friends for 25 years. I have been lucky to make a few really good mum friends from playgroups since having my daughter.

Oh I feel that, do they also have kids or no?
