I always start around 2months before
my LO will be 1 in february & i’m already planning 😅
I started when my baby was 8 months old and I’m still currently planning and preparing lol
It will be a double party for us... my youngest turns one in August and my second child turns 6 in August. I'll probably start planning a few months in advance since I'll probably have two themes... whatever my older child wants and whatever I want to do for this baby. It's likely the only time I'll get to choose his theme 😅
