Here’s my first collection today at 37 weeks 😊 is everyone else collecting straight into the syringe from the nipple, or do you try to express it into a pot first then syringe it up?

Hey! Great first collection ☺️ 2 days post partum here and definitely found it easier harvesting into a pot first. If you ask at the hospital they tend to give you these little pots which are sterile and the perfect size for it! xxx
