What did everyone's period feel like when it returned? What was it like? How was down below with having a catheter in?

My 1st period was 3 months PP. It was horrible. Heavy and painful but since I barely have pain and I always use to have pain xxx
Mine were heavier and VERY painful but I had never had period pain before pp. the catheter was fine
I’m almost 7 weeks pp (I’m not breastfeeding) and my period came this week. It’s not been painful at all but it’s been really heavy. No catheter pain though or anything.

I had my first period 3months pp, tbf it was heavier than normal but it wasn’t as painful, it was ovulation pain for me that was 10x worse! Everything is fine after catheter once you wee after first having surgery was no after effects xxx
