Not north but I travelled across to Hackney for a hypnobirthing course and found it sooo informative and empowering. Think we started at around 6 months but any time is ok! Think the website is Hackneyhypnobirthing.com and there's an online option too x
Barnet hospital has a really nice one, if you’re lucky they may even show you the birthing room (it’s gorgeous)
I suggest happy parents happy baby :) there is a course each area I started when I was 34 weeks
