Yes it will be on the birth certificate names formally known as. I had to get my name changed as my mum didnt use the name oj the certificate through my life. I had a different spelling of my name and different middle name. I had to go to the solictors to change it legally. When i registered my baby i had to take my birth cert and change of deeds so they could see it all and then they put it on my babys certifcate what my previous names was
