Cravings and aversions making me stressed!

I’m a bit of a fitness freak. I’ve struggled with body image really badly for a long time and the way I deal with it is eating right and exercising everyday. However it’s so hard to manage when the thought of the healthy meal I have planned makes me gag and all I was it nuggets and chips (beige stodgy food) and on top of it being hungry ALL the time and having little energy to do as much exercise as before . Tbh I don’t know if I need advice or more to know if I’m alone in being this stressed about how out of control I feel !! Most people say “well you are pregnant you are going to get bigger “ which I get .. but it doesn’t make it easier to cope with ! Thanks in advance xxx

Agree! I want to stay fit and healthy but it’s hard to manage, I had to stop exercising for a few weeks but feel like my energy has returned (14 weeks) so I am back on it. The through of some foods is gross but I have noticed things changing back a bit too.. not 100 percent but I can stomach more variety again 🤣 I hear you! I like to walk around a supermarket and imagine the food I can eat and try to make it as healthy as possible xx

I was at the gym 3x a week before I found out I was pregnant but since knowing my motivation has slipped and I've maybe been 4x. I was on my honeymoon for 2 weeks but that's just made me fall even harder out of sync. I've been lucky to not be feeling sick but have been so tired I can't bring myself to go and the thought of getting back is getting harder day by day. So I am in a similar boat, I feel ya sis xx

ALL I want is nuggets. Former avid gym goer, currently 14 weeks and haven’t done any exercise since week 6 😭. I feel you!

Omg I am the same. I’m craving crap all the time and have 0 energy to stay awake at work let alone the gym. I’m so scared about putting on silly amounts of weight but so torn when I’m starving and craving salty things all the time! Send help! How do these pregnant fitness model people do it in the media?! It’s near to impossible 😩

@Gabriella yes ! I’m the same work is so hard 😂I do shifts as well so I’ve booked annual leave just to try get through the last bits before it eases off . 🤞when I’ve looked online it says you only need an extra 200 calories a day in the 3rd trimester! I vote that’s a total lie 😂

I’m with you all… think I’ve gained about 1 1/2 stone already in 3 months 😭😭😭😭 starving all the time… beige food come at me and my fitness went out of the window since start of august… slowly getting in walks again and the odd light strength workout but this baby wants the food… all the bad food…. And the only exercise is wants is to the couch…🤣🤣 I’m just telling myself it will come off after baby but I was hoping to limit damage control! Xx

Totally get this! I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one 😅 I love the gym and all things health and fitness. Also a real control freak about what I eat. From about 5 weeks I just couldn’t stomach anything healthy.. it’s been chicken nuggets, bread & cereal for me 😂 I’m 14 weeks now and although the nausea has eased I still don’t have the energy or motivation for the gym. I don’t know how these insta girls do it with their workouts and salads everyday 🙈😂
