TTC after depo injection
Hiya I have been on the injection for a little under 3 years and I had my last injection in January so we could start trying for a baby, I have realistic expectations of coming off the injection and TTC. We’ve been finding it really hard just wanting some advice/ experience with trying for a baby after being on the injection for so long I’ve been told by GPs that it has wreaked havoc on my body as I have PCOS as well ♥️

@Emma yes I had my last shot in January and had my first period in march
That was quickly took agers for mine to return maybe you should try ovulation test or download the Flo app so you can’t track it
I was on the depo for 10 years and came off it in Jan 20. My periods returned in the summer that year. I first fell pregnant in December 20 but had an early miscarriage then again in December 21 which led to our son. I went onto the pill for a little bit after him then came off that summer 23 and fell pregnant again with our daughter December 23 (must only fall pregnant in Decembers!) xx

Have you got your periods back yet? I was on the depo but only got 1 shot and it took 9 months to leave me system and to get pregnant
