This chart is also a little different than what I was always told which is that you're most fertile the days before, of, and after the lh spike as thattypically happens 12 to 36 hours BEFORE ovulation which is the most fertile period. Not sure if that helps but maybe next cycle?
@Sarah period predicted 10/13. I am not sure from the chart it’s telling me I haven’t have a big enough rise in my progesterone to have ovulated. So I am confused I have a progesterone blood draw tomorrow.
@Amanda Good. A blood draw will be more definitive. The flaw with Inito, in my opinion, is that it uses urine testing, which is so much less reliable than a blood draw. Good luck! 🤞🏼✨

I feel like there isn’t enough data to comment. Today is CD20, yes? The chart makes me think you are 8 DPO. Is that correct? When is your period due?
