Running out of ideas!

My 7.5 month old LOVES his food, we haven’t found anything he’s struggled with or doesn’t like but I get worried he gets bored of things. I tend to eat the same thing quite a lot so feel like I’m running out of ideas for him! Also how do people go about giving their baby’s meat? He good with mince and I’ve made homemade sausages etc but get a bit scared when it comes to chicken or anything as don’t know how to serve it? (For reference, he has no teeth yet)

Could you shred the chicken or cut into super small cubes? Wean in 15 book has some great recipes as does my fussy eater website.

Have you looked at the solid starts app?

Solid starts is my go to for serving advice! when it comes to meat, serve like you would toast, a nice well cooked wide piece is good for baby to suck on 😋 Our LO is a massive fan of chips, we sprinkle with just paprika and/or pepper and shove in the airfryer for a great snack, you can also do that with carrots to make homemade veggie 'straws'

We started giving our baby sardines, coconut yogurt, cottage cheese, bone broth popsicles, and we give her chicken bones to suck on as well!

The baby led weaning cookbook app has been really good for me.

We did a lot of slow cooked beef and pork recipes so that the meat is very soft, I second having a look at the solid starts app for serving advice

@Suzanna how do you serve your sardines?
