100% - I took my little one at around 8 weeks old and it was lovely. She slept through most of it 🤣 and had really good naps after if she stayed awake but it was a lovely, first baby class to go too after giving birth.

Only if you can get on a free one as a lot of the babies at the one I went to didn’t like it so I was glad I just did a local community one xx

Definitely! Me & my girl (4 months today) are on week 3 of 5 and we both love it! It's very laid back, and such a lovely bonding thing to do. I go to the classes and then on another day before bed I show my other half what to do so he will know when he does it on his own. I go to the one at Burley Children's Centre and it's run by a lady called Steph - couldn't recommend enough x

We love ours! We go to birth and baby school in monk fryston so depends which side of Leeds you are. My baby is 4 months old and we are on week 5 of 6 x
