My LO drinks milk through a straw cup and has done since a day after their first birthday… but they had roughly 7oz in a morning at Oat milk. She would take it or leave it but because she has several allergies its one of the only ways to get calcium into her. Shes just dropped her bedtime bottle in the last week x

One bottle at bedtime, 5oz. Sometimes he'll have some in the afternoon but this is in a straw cup. I don't mind him drinking milk (my brother would drink pints until well into his teens) but wanted to get rid of the bottle for the sake of his teeth.
