I was told I have it but my readings are normal and I don't get a say on if I want to be induced they are insisting c section
I also had weight loss surgery 2 years ago and I hardly eat as it is. Also my nutritionist says more frequent small meals or snacks during the day as well as trying not to eat after 10 pm. One of my go to snacks is cottage cheese with lightly salted sunflower kernels.
I used to have this problem until I became more intentional about the food and snacks I was eating. As weak as eating 3 balanced meals a day with snacks in between and then a snack before I go to sleep
I have it. Nuts of all kinds spike me 😅 but I can also eat yogurt without it spiking me. I tend to eat smaller meals threw out the day to not spike
Eat more protein and add some carbs. You will still need carbs in your diet. Also make sure you are eating all of your meals and snacks in between meals and before bed
Eat more meat, veggies and nuts. They will not spike you!
