PCOS diagnosis

I just got diagnosed with PCOS and I know people can still get pregnant with it however I was referred to a fertility clinic. Waiting on my next cycle to do further testing but any advice for me? I have been nervous about it and have been TTC for 11 months.

I think it honestly depends on the type of PCOS you have, because not everyone’s symptoms are the same. I have insulin resistance PCOS. I have been trying to conceive for 3 years to the week now. My periods are super irregular and most of the time I have to have medication to induce a bleed. I do not ovulate at all and this will be my 3rd or 4th specialist I’m going to at the end of the month. I was diagnosed back in 2019 and I’ve struggled with my symptoms since 2020.

I follow this person on IG and she has this program https://www.thewomensdietitian.com/get-pregnant-with-pcos

I have worked with a few different holistic gals as well as a fertility clinic but my window is closing. Hope this helps the author of this post though.
