Rinsing Milton

I've never sterilised with Milton before and just bought some today. It says to rinse after 15mins..surely this will make the bottles unsterile again? I have a bottle of the Milton liquid and on the front it says 'new instructions' so I'm wondering if the rinsing part is new as when I Google it everything says you don't need to rinse?! Can anyone help 😂 I EBF and just want to introduce some formula into a munchkin cup!!

I used to use the Milton sterilizer and I never rinsed the bottles after

I'm sure mine says there's no need to rinse anything

I’ve never rinsed after using Milton but I haven’t bought any since before my LO was born. I only used it at the start for pump equipment and bottles… my LO hates bottles now. Maybe it is new instructions. 🤷‍♀️

If it says to rinse on the bottle then I’d rinse. At this age they are drinking tap water so rinsing with tap water isn’t going to do anything bad. As long as it is sterilised after using the formula it will be fine.

See this is why I'm confused because I wanted to do a hot shot and cool it with tap water but that's advised against but then I can rinse with tap water?? 🙈
