Have a look into tiny talk classes. I’ve been taking my LO to newborn classes (start before 12 weeks) and will be moving up to babies next term! Little sing alongs, signs, sensory stuff alongside a cuppa and biscuits and natter
I would highly recommend checking your local library for sessions. Wilmslow library runs a lovely little sing song on a Wednesday at 2:30. It's free and you don't book so if it clashes with a nap or you just don't fancy leaving the house then there is no pressure.
There is a sensory room space which you can book out for an hour in Cheadle Hulme, it’s called the ivy church sensory space, you can go with other mums and babies. I think they let up to 6 people in at one time, it’s a lovely space and it’s free ☺️
You should look into baby sensory. I take my 3 year old to toddler sense in Cheadle and it’s so good, I enjoy it just as much as he does! Not too sure where the baby sensory runs but shouldn’t be too far
