i’ve been making baby “pancakes” mashed banana, 1 egg, 1TBS flour, and a little milk (breastmilk or a splash of whole) cook them like normal pancakes and then cut in strips! my daughter LOVES them. or if you haven’t introduced eggs yet, i used a silicone circle mold (for english muffins) and cooked the egg so it was firm and cut that in strips!!

the pancakes also freeze well, and then i just pop in microwave for like 20ish seconds

Omg ! I’m excited I will definitely try that !

Eggs are a great one! Steamed veggies like broccoli and carrots, or potato. If you can easily squish the foods in your fingers, it's soft enough for the baby, even without teeth yet.

His dads been making him eggs mixed with any green puree. Spinach, green beans, sometimes corn, etc. And mixes them together with baby oatmeal and makes little pattie-like pancakes. The consistency is a little more firm than scrambles eggs and he's able to swallow it easily even if he doesn't get the chance to chew it very well.

My baby doesn't really have teeth but she looOOOOOooooVes strawberries 🍓 they are soft enough for her to rip with her gums

my baby has two tiny little teeth, so i’m not expecting her to really be able to chew and swallow things for a while… she eats whole pieces of vegetables like broccoli, peppers, green beans. it’s mostly just to explore and get used to new textured and tastes!

@Daniele do you mind me asking for do you store them jn the fridge and they can last until when? Thank youuu in advance

@Shehrbano i will keep in fridge for about 3 days if not eaten, as far as freezer goes, probably 3 months? we usually go through them before both those time frames!

@Daniele thank youuu🤍

My baby has no teeth and she eats so many things!! I was nervous too but it’s important to give them a chance to chew! You got this

Love the pancake idea!!!
