Clomid/Letrozole
Can Clomid or Letrozole help ovulation even if my periods are very irregular, like 45-50 day cycles?

Yep I fell pregnant on no period on 100mg of clomid. Unfortunately it ended in miscarriage at 3m
Yes clomid and Letrozole are basically made to make you have more regulate period mine are usually between 35-168 days and it did help me to regulate my period and even make me ovulate

Yes, and it would regulate your cycles. I have PCOS which causes irregular periods. The reason is I dont ovulate naturally as I should which extends my cycle days. Letrozole worked better for me and I was able to ovulate around cd14 and have a period on cd28.
