Relationship breakdown

My ex cheated, and as much as it was hard at first, it's so much easier by myself as I can manage my own finances without the worry of getting into potential debt, and the fact I didn't have to start over in a new place cause my landlord prefers people with children was also a huge weight off my shoulders. It's so much better not being tied down to someone if the relationship isn't working, I'm in a new relationship after a year and a half and it's a breath of fresh air

@Sophie my ex cheated as well unfortunately he was weak minded and let temptations take over. We argued my whole pregnancy, hours after birth and even now to this day. He doesn’t believe he has to do anything because he works. I’m currently waiting for housing now

It’s hard especially if you’re living with that person. But it definitely does feel a bit better knowing you won’t be hurt anymore

@Teca yeah that's hard. My ex was wanting my house but my landlord shut him down immediately, so I was blessed with that. Once the toxic ex has gone, it's so much more easier, might be hard single parenting, but once the atmosphere has gone, it's the best feeling ever

Thank god for your landlord. My peace and happiness will come one day. I know I’ll be ok I just hate knowing that he’s out here doing him while I still struggle with my feelings
