I really like the sound of remi fentanyl if I need something stronger than gas and air. There are other options before epidural too!

Yeah I have thought of more but can't edit :(

Birth pool! 🤞

@Julia yep I thought of that 1 as soon as I pushed post :(

Not sure what to expect pain wise, I think Ill start on gas and air and tens machine. Our hospital only has one birth pool so depends if thats free at the time, but I do want to try it if it is free. I do feel like I will probably have an epidural later, but not sure how it will all go yet🙈

Planned caesarean for me this time

@Claire me too!

Planned c section due to health reasons

@Nell did you have an emergency c section last time too? :-) I was induced last time and 2 days later had emergency c section and that was the best part for me! :-)

@Claire no, I had forceps last time. This time I'm having twins and I'm not taking any chances!

@Nell awww congratulations! 🥰🥰

Planning an unmedicated birth 🩷

My labour was to quick last time to even get my hands on any of the goods 😂

@bella 🤣🤣.... I had gas and air last time but it made me feel sooo sick I ended up just using it to bite the tube birthday haha

I will start with tens, gas and air, water (obviously not all at once) if possible, then I will move on to the other options of those aren't effective enough. Epidural will be a last resort for me.

Gas and air and epidural, not going without 🫠

@bella I’m manifesting this for myself 🙌😂

Planning unmedicated home birth, using a pool, perhaps a tens machine and hypnobirthing techniques - might try gas and air but alot I’ve heard is it takes you out of your headspace and makes you feel nauseous
