Nursery anxiety

I’m going to take my 11.5 months baby to the nursery soon but feel so, so anxious about it. I can’t stop the train of negative thoughts around leaving my baby with strangers. Of course people are nice to your face but I don’t know how they could be behind your back. I don’t know how to cope with the lack of visibility when she goes to nursery. Tips please. Also has anyone felt the same?

My daughter is starting at the childminders soon & I feel the same 🥹hoping the feeling passes 🤞🏾

Yea I felt same I couldn’t cope with the stress around if she would get hurt or not sleep or be really upset at being away from me, I ended up taking a career break and will try again when she’s over 2. I want her to have dropped her nap and stopped breastfeeding and be able to communicate abit better. She will go into the toddler rather than the baby room. Obviously this isn’t an option for everyone but you’re definitely not alone. I think it depends on the temperament of your baby as well tho mine was super attached and had separation anxiety.

The same as @Kirsty ,I couldn't cope, so I took a sabatical from my career. I hope she will drop some breastfeeding as now she is eating on demand.
